Though Dr. Stephanie has specialties in prenatal and postpartum care as well as athletic performance, she loves taking care of humans of all ages in our community. She often jokes that she's a "chiropractor for the people," but what she really means is, she's going to meet you where you're at and support you on your journey to health, whatever that looks like for you.

Depending on your lifestyle and your overall health, wellness or maintain visits will help maintain your progress and prevent future flare ups down the road. It's much easier to put the pieces back together when they fall apart if you've trained your body to know what to do.

Dr. Stephanie utilizes the initial visit to perform a thorough consultation and exam in order to determine exactly what is going on and why. From there, we work together to figure out what the best way to move forward is for you personally and what steps we can take to get there. Our first goal is always to help you feel relief as quickly as possible so you can get back to living as soon as possible.
The next step is similar to having braces on your teeth.
Much like having braces, or going to the gym, the perfect smile or 6-pack doesn't happen overnight. It takes more time and commitment, yet it gives you a body that will have the best chance of staying strong and healthy in the long term. Typically those who continue through phase II and III have less flare ups down the road, and if they do, they bounce back quicker as their body learns what it needs to do in order to heal. Then it's much like riding a bike.
The final step maintains our progress so your body doesn't forget how far it's come.
